Profiles
We have developed a PV mounting system that is tailored to the needs of photovoltaic installers and users. The screw channel of our mounting profiles is probably the most obvious expression of this. The mounting rails can be installed quickly and efficiently thanks to the screw channel. Two symmetrical mouldings on the profiles on the one hand and the roof hooks, base plinths and Secure clamping plate on the other ensure a secure connection.

For installers, fast and efficient installation of solar systems is essential today. We have designed our mounting system so that many components, such as hanger bolts and roof hooks, are pre-assembled. This saves our partners valuable time and costs and thus enables economical installation.

Module Clamps
Our module middle and module end clamps are rolled or clicked into place and then tightened. Grounding pins, which penetrate the anodized layer of the module frames, facilitate potential equalization. The clamps are available for modules with frame heights of 30 to 40 mm.
The material-filling clamping block of our middle and end clamps ensures a long-lasting firm fit of the clamps.
Special clamps, such as custom designs for frameless PV modules, are available on request.
Roof Hooks
When developing our roof hooks, we focus on two essential characteristics that they must maintain throughout their lifespan.
During the installation, versatile adjustability is crucial to allow nearly all mounting positions. Specifically, the height of the mounting rail can be adjusted using our roof hooks.
A photovoltaic system typically has a lifespan of over 20 years, which is why the load capacity and durability of our roof hooks are particularly important to us.

PTS-IR
Our PTS-IR system combines precisely fitting sheet metal replacement tiles that require no adjustments during installation with a stainless steel roof hook designed to meet alpine snow-load requirements.
Ordering is based on the required sheet metal replacement tiles, which are available for all common roof tile shapes.
Replacement Tiles
Universal sheet metal replacement tiles for the installation of photovoltaic systems. With just three different sizes, more than 60 common roof tiles can be replaced.
Hanger Bolts
Our basic base enables particularly easy and convenient installation of PV systems with hanger bolts.
After the hanger bolt is set, the horizontal and vertical alignment can be adjusted using the socket base. The geometry of the socket base allows alignment even in a pre-assembled state. The special geometry of the socket base directs the force into the axis of the hanger bolt, thereby reducing the bending moment. This enables a higher load capacity for the hanger bolt.
We deliver our hanger bolts pre-assembled with the socket base as standard. The mounting rail is attached by screwing a cylindrical head screw into the screw channel of the mounting rails.

Wall Mounting System
Energy-efficient facades that also meet the highest architectural and aesthetic requirements are becoming increasingly popular. With the ATP Solar Mountings wall mounting system, photovoltaic and solar modules can be integrated into the facade design. Photovoltaic or solar modules are attached to wall spacers using the Mounting Rail Direct and L-profiles. The wall spacers are supplied with integrated thermal separation and leave room for generous insulation and ventilation. Our photovoltaic wall mounting system provides for seamless integration into a curtain wall, ventilated facade, or can specifically highlight photovoltaic modules as design facade elements.
