With the Mounting Rail Direct and the Mounting Rail Direct Bridges, photovoltaic systems can be easily installed on metal roofs.
The Mounting Rail Direct or the Mounting Rail Direct Bridges are attached to the metal roof sheets with self-drilling metal screws. The watertightness of the roof is ensured by the seal on the underside of the profiles as well as metal screws with sealing gasket. The module clamps with grounding pins are inserted directly into the mounting rail.

The Mounting Rail Direct Bridges or short rails allow for a particularly material-efficient installation of photovoltaic systems on corrugated metal roofs, given appropriate structural conditions.
The mounting rail bridges are supplied with pre-applied EPDM sealing and thin sheet metal or self-drilling screws with sealing rings.
For horizontal installation, the Mounting Rail Direct Bridges are available in lengths of 400mm and 250mm; for vertical installation on the high corrugation, the length is 150mm.

The Mounting Rail Direct enables high rigidity due to continuous installation. It is laid floating, allowing for longitudinal expansion – module arrays can achieve a longitudinal expansion of up to 18.6m.
