Selection Guide for Roof Hooks

Selecting the correct roof hook for photovoltaic systems

Choosing the right roof attachment is crucial for an optimal solar racking solution for photovoltaic systems. We are happy to advise you personally and would like to provide you a brief summary in advance:

Aluminium Roof Hooks

Our comprehensively adjustable aluminium roof hooks are generally designed as all-around roof hooks for a large variety of roof shingles.

Aluminum Roof Hooks AVEE

For all load-bearing requirements – fully freely adjustable

The AVEE series aluminum roof hooks are suitable for all load-bearing requirements, especially high snow loads. The highly economical AVEE series roof hooks are fully freely height and side adjustable, allowing the following height adjustments:

Aluminium Roof Hook AVEE40 – SDHA1502

  • Bridging roof battens up to 61 mm, lowest position of the bracket 50 mm
  • Height adjustment for the mounting rail on the bracket 20 mm

Aluminium Roof Hook AVEE30 – SDHA1503

  • Bridging roof battens up to 51 mm, lowest position 40 mm
  • Height adjustment for the mounting rail on the bracket 20 mm

Aluminium Roof Hook AVEE24 – SDHA1402

  • Bridging roof battens up to 34 mm, minimal adjustment possible
  • Height adjustment for the mounting rail on the bracket 20 mm

Aluminium Roof Hooks AVE and ASE

Suitable for all load bearing requirements

The AVE and ASE series aluminum roof hooks are suitable for all load-bearing requirements. The following height adjustments can be realized:

Aluminium Roof Hook ASE30 – SDHA1601

  • Bridging roof battens up to 54 mm, lowest position 45 mm
  • Height adjustment for the mounting rail on the bracket in 2 positions (16 mm)
  • Five-step side adjustment

Aluminium Roof Hook AS24 – SDHA1201

  • Bridging roof battens up to 34 mm, minimal adjustment possible
  • Height adjustment for the mounting rail on the bracket in 2 positions (16 mm)
  • Five-step side adjustment

Aluminium Roof Hook AVE30 – SDHA1501

  • Bridging roof battens up to 54 mm, lowest position 45 mm
  • Height adjustment for the mounting rail on the bracket 20 mm
  • Five-step side adjustment

Aluminium Roof Hook AV24 – SDHA1401

  • Bridging roof battens up to 34 mm, minimal adjustment possible
  • Height adjustment for the mounting rail on the bracket 20 mm
  • Five-step side adjustment

Aluminum Roof Hooks with Lateral Attachment

Consider whether vertical mounting of the Mounting Rails is an option. Due to the simplified production process, aluminum roof hooks with lateral attachment – AS24, ASE30 – represent a particularly economical option.
